Frank Howard will offer a brief teaching rooted in Buddhist wisdom, exploring mindfulness, ethics, and the nature of the mind, with reflections to support everyday practice and insight.

June 11 - Restorative Sound Bath

A relaxing session where you are guided into rest while soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support a meditative state of ease and restoration.

June 18 - Book & Social Club (free)

This session will be an introduction to our Book & Social Club, a welcoming space to read, reflect, and connect to others in your community through meaningful conversation.

June 25 - Restorative Sound Bath
