Karuna Community Sessions

June 4 - Dharma Talk (free)

Frank Howard will offer a brief meditation followed by teaching rooted in Buddhist wisdom, exploring mindfulness, ethics, and the nature of the mind. This class is free, though donations to the White Lotus Meditation Center are encouraged.

June 11 - Restorative Sound Bath

A relaxing session where you are guided into rest while soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support a meditative state of ease and restoration.

June 18 - Book & Social Club (free)

This session will be an introduction to our Book & Social Club, a welcoming space to read, reflect, and connect to others in your community through meaningful conversation.

June 25 - Grief and the Body (free)

Anne Schultz will lead a session exploring grief and the body through education, gentle movement, breath, reflection, and emotional flexibility. This is not a grief support group or a space where you’ll be asked to share your story, but rather a class focused on understanding how grief can live in the body and exploring tools that may help you feel more supported when loss arises in life. This offering is free, though donations to Anne and her mission are encouraged.
