Do I need yoga experience to attend?No experience is necessary. Our classes welcome all levels, and instructors offer modifications so you can practice at your own pace.
What class should I take if I'm a beginner?Our Gentle and Restorative classes are wonderful places to start. Gentle Yoga includes more movement and guided poses, while Restorative Yoga focuses on deep relaxation with supportive, calming postures and minimal movement. If you're unsure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out, we'd be happy to help you find the best fit. 🤍
What should I bring to class?Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and props are available, though you're welcome to bring your own.
How early should I arrive?We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your first class to get settled, meet your instructor, and familiarize yourself with the space.
What if I'm not flexible?You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is for every body and every level of mobility. Flexibility develops over time through consistent practice.
What is your cancellation policy?Classes may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the start of class. This helps us offer your spot to another student if the class is full and allows us to plan appropriately for our instructors.
